I'm pretty much set with 3pc Micro system I have the moment
2 Yamaha Powered DXr8's / EV powered ZAX1 Sub it's a hard combination to beat on stage.
And yes I got it from Frank also as always.
Already having & performing with the Nano 300 but sadly I needed more power for my big gigs and had to switch. I could only imagine that two Nano 600's are a bigger Powerhouse PA system for sure.
And easier to transport.
I can't say I'm not tempted to sell what I have an use the new more powerful 2 Nano 600's for my gigs. Hmmmmmmmmm? decisions......

Do you also have the addon package Frank?

People should know that to set up the set as stereo, there is a nifty addon package.. with a bar, a stand and 2 cables...

I love my nano 600...

DNJ, I don't doubt that Nano 600 doesn't sound good, but I am pretty sure they don't even come close to your dxr with EV sub.

Last saturday I had my first gig with 2 Nano 600, they did a fantastic job. My 2 X Mackie SRM 450 and a DB sound sub are history.

Frank has the Nano 600s at a very favorable price. I bought one
to replace my 300s. The overall response is much better and for the guy who gigs these are very portable and have massive sound.
If your thinking of 600s, now is the time to get them from Frank. Lloyd

I was surprised how good the bass and the kick drum sounds in this small system. And the overall sound is very clear. I had the last gig together with a duo, we played 2 sets each. So I got to hear the sound while they were playing. They listen to me playing, and they said the same. I think this system is doing a very good job, and the weight is about 16 kg. each. Looks like they will do the job for me and my PA3X. I also use the add-on set.

I agree the bass is nice and Tight, no boominess at all due to the "wooden sub cabinets"....

Highs are clear and distinct using the new technology inside.
"The MultiCell Transformer this innovative highlight helps maximize sound pressure gain, improve directivity and minimize high-frequency distortion. With the benefit of sophisticated simulation technology, our engineers were able to construct a lightweight subwoofer housing with the bass response of a heavy wood enclosure."
The sound covers the room wherever you go with no dropoffs.
The flexibility of this PA system far surpasses anything Bose offers feature wise with its on board Mixer inputs.....
I say if you have the Nano 300 do yourself a favor and upgrade to the New Nano 600 you'll be amazed at the difference.
HK has a Big Winner on the hands!... keys

I loved the portability of the Nano 300 and their functionality. I Have used 2 for my small gigs. Very happy... But I wanted more!
I upgraded to Nano 600 thanks to Frank. I was waiting since last year for these babies and when Frank offered me this opportunity I was happy as a clam! I Have used them this past week end for a small gig about 200 guests. Wow! The floor was shaking and people danced to the grooves! The sound was well balanced and the high and mids very clear. I had to keep my levels very low compared with my previous 300.
They are worth! Don't miss this chance that Frank is offering.

I ordered one Nano 600 as well ... I have been watching this for a while, as its very small (but supposedly powerful and quality sound) seems like a good combination. Unfortunately I can't go anywhere locally to try / hear one so I have to trust the reviews and write-ups, which so far all seem very positive ...

Jim,
Received my Lucas Nano 600 yesterday and after setting it up I must say the sound is really outstanding. I had two 300s that
sounded very good but the 300 is a real bull in the sound dep't.
The Lows are punchy and the high end is nice and crisp.
I highly recommend them to anyone caring about great sound.
You will be pleasantly surprised with your 600 Jim. Lloyd
PS: Hope you will let me know how you like the 600.

Bacus,
Yes, Frank has the add-on pkg. which I purchased from him along with the Lucas Nano 600 speaker.
The add-on pkg. contains two mounting poles) (adj.) two fold-up
stands, two cables (one for the second speaker mounted on a separate stand and the othe goes from the bass unit to the first satellite speaker, plus a very nice carrying case to hold everything when your gigging. I love the 600 and they replaced
two 300s. Great step-up in sound power and quality. Lloyd

Lloyd are you talking about the screw on stands that go on the subs or the folding speaker stands there seems to be two separate optional packages.

My stands ("stereo add-on package") arrived, but not the main unit (yet)! Shipping on the East Coast (USA) is slowed by cold/winter weather. Yes, there are two different option packages. One is designed for mono use (one pole, places the 2 satellites (connected to each other) a few feet above the woofer/mixer unit.

The other option package is two speaker stands, 2 Speakon cables, and a gig bag to hold it all.

I have the 600 stereo package with two stands, speakon, etc,
all top quality,.....having two Sub units this is so much more "flexible" for my needs on stage vs 2 mono poles to cover any scenario. .... good luck you made a wise choice.

I have the same optional pkg. that contains the two speaker stands plus 2 cables, 2 poles and the bag to hold these items.
I believe this is the pkg. that Frank is sending everyone who
buys the 600. Check with Frank if this is questionable. Lloyd

Hi - I used the Lucas Nano 600 for a gig last night (my first gig using it). It was not an "ultimate" test, as this was a room that held ~75 people so it was not a huge space. The 600 did really well; the sounds seemed balanced, very crisp and clear/clean highs, more than enough bass. I'm looking forward to trying it in a large space sometime ...

I haven't seen much more about the Lucas Nano 600; I'm curious how it's been working out for people that bought one and used it on some gigs (or at home). Has it lived up to what it's supposed to be, etc.? Are you happy with your decision to buy the Nano 600?
