Posted this a couple of days ago on an old thread, so here it is again:

I have added two more songs to my youtube page. The first one is once again a collaboration with my friend Carlo ( at some distance). In addition to my vocals and guitar playing he has added a fine bassline and panflute on his PA900. And a great video, I think.

The second song was actually recorded in 2012 using my Yamaha PSR750. It was a unique get together of my stepdaugher and me for only 15 minutes to record two songs as we had never done anything prior to this. I think she did a great job and not being a piano player myself I made sure I had ample practice before trying my hand at it...

Regards,
John

Sounds really professional, both singing and accompaniment. I left a like for the second one.

Thank you guys for your kind comments.

I was kind of surprised at the response here but I guess the fact that I have shifted emphasis from arranger keyboard to acoustic guitar has a lot to do with it.
HOWEVER.....eat your heart out folks cause here is the latest in my collaboration with Carlo, and you won't hear anything else but the KORG PA900.

I enjoyed your acoustic guitar playing. I can relate to that. And it adds a nice realism to the track.

Thanks Nigel, I appreciate what you are saying. I must say one gets quite a different feel while playing the guitar and singing as opposed to playing the arranger keyboard and singing. I guess both ways have their merits.
I also realized I am kinda messing up my own thread so I will open another thread for the PA900 song Route 66 and leave this one for anyone who feels like commenting on the two songs posted on the outset of this thread and/or guitar playing stuff.

regards,
John
