Thanks Chas...you're right, it was Diki...a clever joke, to be sure.

BTW, did you ever treat yourself and buy a real Hammond B-3, or are you still playing one of those genuine imitations? wink

Why not sell those arranger keyboards that you have, admittedly, no real affinity for, and get yourself the real deal...the ONE...the KING!

If I played organ as well as you, I'd have one here in my apartment in a heartbeat.

Just sayin'. grin

Nah Don, I'm just trying to make it on my Social Security check. I mean, we don't live in the ghetto but we plan to move there as soon as we can afford it.

Well, that sorta rules out a "'B' on a Boat"...but hope springs eternal (in the human breast).

Chas, just buy an old sailboat and you can live pretty much anywhere you wish. Of course, there needs to be water if you want to change locations once in a while. There's a neat thread on one of the sailing forums titled "Voyaging on $500 a month." Believe it or not, there are an awful lot of couples and families doing this, and within that $500 a month budget. No ghettos for them - many live in tropical paradises. I met a lot of them in the Florida Keys - really fun people to be around.

Cheers,

Gary cool

It would be tragic if Chas had to move into a Ghetto. I hope he can work things out.

Sailing sounds so much better.
