Absolutely amazing! Thanks for this Donny...I was going to take my Tyros4 apart today (while I was resting) just to see what's inside of it...now I don't have to.

An incredible instrument nonetheless.

Well, that sure dispels the myth that there's a lot of wasted space inside the Tyros series of keyboards. Yamaha, like many laptop and cellular telephone manufacturers, has even gone to using double sided PC boards to save conserve space and eliminate unnecessary weight.

Lovely to bad he could not trace back the CPU... I would love to know where to place the tyros CPU in power.... Obviously from the looks of the whole board its still 15 year old technollogy mostly
