The lowest C key on my audya stop working, no sound and does not play in arranger mode, any advice, please????

You will need to have the contact strip cleaned below that key - and while you are in there, clean for all the other keys too.

AJ, thank you for answering and advice, could you explain how do I go about doing that, do open the audya5 from the bottom, and what do I use to clean the contact strip with? Thanks again, I do enjoy this Audya5 that I purchased from you so much, I was just telling Montunoman Paul, that I don't think I wanna play anything else
