OK the BOSS BR-800 is in the house,
Thank you Frank @ http://www.audioworksct.com/....
Now to learn it and do some KB recording, add harmony tracks to songs, etc,..so many great features inside,...... cool2
Before hand I purchased the Online DVD instructional tutorial from Pro Audio. I recommend this highly for so many products....very well done and super informative. clap
I learned so much from watching these first hand. They also make so many other DVD's for different products check it out. Much better to SEE it, then read it, in a manual.. wink
There are many ZOOM Dvd's also I know some people here use the Zoom Units too.

Thanx Tony, got a few days off next week so I'll have a go at it,.........it's a lot more flexible to use for my needs via AC, USB, or Batt power too vs my PC recording programs,....
but you can always USB Sync the BR-800 to use as an Audio interface with programs like Mixcraft, Sonar, Pro tools, also etc, etc, headphone ... cool2

Those Pro Audio Tutorial DVDs really helped me quickly get started....would have took weeks without them wink ....
I would suggest any of you people with Boss, Zoom H4, Tascam, etc, etc, recording units get a set of these DVDs for your specific device also well worth the money.. cool2

It's been while since I looked at the Boss recorders but this really seems impressive ... especially for a guitar player like myself. I should seriously consider one of these. And having the vocal processing and drum machine built in is a real bonus. About the only negative review I read was that you can't actually edit tracks on it but have to export it to a computer to do that. But I guess they figured the Sonar LE software that comes with it will allow you to do that. Thanks Donny for posting about it.
