After listening to these demos in a blind listening test & aside from the TC VH & touch Screen Songbook features,......I'm glad I have the S-950.
Sonically to me it just sounds so much better.

I agree IMHO the PA900 can't really compete with the Yamaha Acoustic voices although the String Sections were pretty close. In other comparisons I've heard the BK-9 is also better than the PA900 in my opinion. The Bk-9 has a tighter less processed sound. But again I would have to give the nod to Yamaha for acoustic voices but the margin is closer with the BK-9.

Yamaha Steel guitar was better in this demo...

They were about equal with the trumpet (I don't like either..not realistic to me).

Harmonica goes to Korg.

Strings are about the same..both are okay..

Sax goes to Yamaha..Korg isn't bad..

Violin..as a solo violin ..it goes to Korg..

I guess that makes it a tie to me based on the demos..

It's what they all sound like in a full mix vs one sound played also that counts,....Glad we all have 4 companies to choose from basically for Arranger KB's. They all sound good its the features that make the different for each player. cool2

Enjoy what YOU choose. wink
