Hey, I recently got this recorder its plug and play USB.
I record something and play it back and its all like poppy and glitchy and then when I try to record another track with the first its hard because of the pops and then when I play them back although I was roughly in time they both sound totally out to how it sounded as I was doing it
I read that someone had the same kinda problems but does anyone know how to make it work better? I have a good computer and I tried turning off laods of applications I didnt need but......no joy
so any help or feedback would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

tell us a little more about your setup, such as: op system? cpu speed? amount of memory? hard drives used? recording software? buffer size? what bit rate and freq. sample rate are you trying to use? also check to make sure your driver is the newest. Note* The uw500 is an interface(not a recorder), it has nothing to do with the recording process. If the computer is recieving a signal(which it is)then the uw500 is working correctly. Check user groups for the software you are using to record.
