tony makes a good point

why is "Ketron" telling people to install 2.0 or 3.0 then 4.0 etc

i mean if 4.0 is the FULL version
then why these incremental installs?

and if 4.0 is not FULL version (stand alone)
then it ABSOLUTELY) should be

Skude - Just another thought; when you are swapping out parts, are you earthing yourself correctly? Also when you are gigging do you carry an earth tester to check that the venue's supply is good? (all professional musicians should have one of these)

Leezone - if you have a version 4 Audya (or 4.1) backup you can go from any previous version. you don't have update incrementaly as pre version 4 os's.

You bet I do. I'm far from beeing a keyboard specialist, but I have been a radio amateur oparator for 40 years, have put together a few things during the years. Can't say I check earth everywhere I gig. But never had any AC or earth problems before.

I'm not sure you understand me

if OS is standalone then why bother with old OS which may have the bugs

start from scratch. Like you would on any computer giving you problems.
Wipe out HD. And reinstall latest Forget the old OS

I can't believe Ketron asking to just update what you got

I think this would solve many problems
but what do I know ?

Sandi,

you should not have this error on at all,

1 how do you get rid of it.
2 what have you done to you KB sicne you got it
3 what verison of os did you have on it when you got it
4 where did you buy it from.
5 have you have the top off this KB

Please answer all if you can.

I made this question, (for the message INT. PHASE ERROR) in a engeneer of Ketron, and the responce is it:
(Some device does not have been loaded....usually happens when you turn off, and you reboot quickly...)

I heard the same story. How long do we have to wait to turn it ON again before Ketron will not call it a quick reboot. Turning ON again the next day is obviously too quick
