i have a KN470 technics keyboard. but i lost the power supply for it. it's a DC IN 12v SY-AD6. and i've found it almost impossible to find the same one. on the back of the keyboard it says to only use the SY-AD6. can i use a different power chord? and if so what chord will work?
Thanks

if its the old standard concentric power input on it, like the one found on almost everything else ever made, you are in luck, because then all you have to do is figure out which one is negative.

If its some other sort of end then it wont be so easy. But in both occasions, you may have to take the board apart, which isnt a big deal, if you are just looking to see where the power traces go to.
