Hello:

Would anyone have the floppy disk that comes with the PLG-150PF? I lost mine, and now I need it.

All the software, drivers and even demo files can be downloaded from Yamaha's website:
www.yamahasynth.com

If you have any trouble let me know;

But I have looked all over Yamahas website, and I can't seem to find the file for that disk that comes with the PF-150. I dunno, maybe I am doing something wrong.

Thanks all the same:

Which plug in board is it?
I'm not that great with names even though I have quite a few plug-in boards myself.

Is it the An1X analog modeling board?

In any case every one of Yamaha's plug-in boards comes with the set of disks that basically contain the patch data, editors, USB drivers and demo songs.

Which files are you after?

Okay, obvious misscommunication at work here,
I know that you are looking for the disks and the files on those disks..

But the disks contain different type of files some of which you will need and some of which you won’t. I.E. You will not need a User's guide in Chinese or Japanese. or the crappy set of demo songs.
So I just needed to know which files you were after specifically.

By asking what type of board is it, I meant to ask if it’s an analog modeling, piano, physical modeling, harmonizer or any other type of PLG150 plug-in boards.

All you had to tell me is that it’s a piano board.
Now,
Try:
http://www.yamahasynth.com/download/plg_series.html

The site contains files for PLG150 and PLG100 boards. You will need to look for PLG150PF files.
The files that you will most likely need are Editor, User’s Guide, Support files, Patch Data.

They might not be called exactly all that but at least you’ll know what to roughly look for.

That’s the least I can do.
Hope you find what you need.

Hi ED:

There in lies the problem....there are no files for the PF-150 on that site....no editors, no patch data.......Nada!

Yeah, looks it all they've got is support files and User's Guide.
This only means one thing. If they don't got it on their website, they don't have it at all.

So whatever it is that the floppy contains isn't worth looking for.

But I'll talk to my Yamaha guy anyway. GIve me a few days. It's hard to get a hold of them on Friday.

Where are you BTW?
