Hang on Donny she’s not really playing the left hand trumpet she only blowing it, this wouldn’t get into the Guinness Book of records. rotfl I think if she held the trumpets a little closer she could get her fingers through to the left trumpet, she just needs a bit of practice and less blowing her own trumpet juggle
