Hi.
When software KetronFT are installed, you have to choose a com port to
make it "talk to" the SD.
You also have to set the SD to communicate by press F6, then F10 Utility
and finally F6 again to choose PC.
I've no problem use this cable and software, it's a helpful tool who
also runs great in MS Vista.
All that said, guess a more up to date interface would have been nice,
but that part will probably be different with Audya?
