I'm trying to set up my Roland 7X accordion so I can change styles and/or lead voices on the Audya 4 directly from the accordion.

The 7X is quite a sophisticated controller. It is capable of transmitting CC00, CC32, and PC data, however, I don't know where to find these values for the Audya 4. I can't locate this info in the manual.

Does anyone havee this info? Maybe you could give an example of the sequence and values needed to call up a particular style or change a voice.

Many Thanks,
Don P

i THINK to change styles you'll need to send SYSEX,
which i'm not sure your accordion can do...

there is an AUDYA sysex sheet i once posted a link for

it's not in the manual where you'd expect it to be smile

AJ would know best

first find out if your accordion sends system exclusive

if yes,

i can then help you set it up
as i have mapped my keyboard controller to send system exclusive to control almost everything on my AUDYA 4, start, stop, fill a, b, c, break, tempo, hold, etc

it wicked cool my friend,
it's like having an AUDYA 5, but customizable anyway i want smile

Ok Group, Here is what I have so far! I can access these from the Roland Accordion.

GM2
Access MIDI sounds
CC00 = 0 CC32 = 0 PC = 1-128
CC00 = 1 CC32 = 0
CC00 = 10 CC32 = 0
CC00 = 11 CC32 = 0

PRESET SOUNDS
CC00 = 0FF CC32 = 30 PC = 1-128
CC00 = OFF CC32 = 31 PC = 1-128
CC00 = OFF CC32 = 32 PC = 1-128

PROGRAM
CC00 = 0FF CC32 = 20 PC = 1-128
CC00 = OFF CC32 = 21 PC = 1-128
CC00 = OFF CC32 = 22 PC = 1-128

Maybe we can figure out how to access the style banks, also, Registrations via remote
