The guitar in the beginning sure sounds real. I don't think you could fully replicate this playing live without having recorded parts. I think you will find that the item comes from a German musician with a signature "mymanreg" and he has a number of compositions on his website. He is on www.youtube.com/user/MyManreg There are several other great comps from him and on his site is also a few pics of his home,wife and family and his studio in Celle, Germany. He has a great studio with lots of recording equipment you can see on a short movie.
