The one vintage synth that I still own, but do not use too much is my ARP Omni MK1. I bought it from a Pawn shop back in the mid 90's 94 or 95? Around the time of the Vintage Synthesizer revival. I paid $250.00 for it and $150.00 to have it repaired. Although two keys on it have died, and the chorus button quit working. I have not pulled it out in quite sometime, to play with it, but I should. I keep it in a carrying case, to protect it. To this day, I can not bring myself to part with it. I tried once to sell it, but since it has two dead keys, no one would buy it. Which is alright, because I would regret selling it. The way I regret selling my ARP AXXE. Which I paid $250.00 for it back in 1997. Now I wish I hadn't. Vintage gear is quite expensive. Today. I would not be able to afford another AXXE, or any vintage analog synthesizers. Even the original minimoog fetches $2,000.00.
I do still have my Farfisa Combo Compact organ though. I may not play it, but it still works, and just looks cool.
I'll try and post some pics of them sometime.
