AJ, Is there a way to make a switch to pattern from song play while playing, such that the pattern can begin with an intro?
This the reason I have been trying as an alternate to record short midis into pattern record. In some of my gigs, I need to play a midi, stop, and quickly start an intro. It gets complicated if I have to press stop, song play, then intro.
If not, could we see this in an upgrade soon?

If I'm not mistaken , there are 2 dedicated buttons ( near left control , 1st row) that allow you to select style or song mode (written in blue lettering)when the remix mode is engaged . You need to move from song to style . You must be using the style you are going to transition into with the remix . Sorry I do not have the XD9 in front of me . Call me Saturday if you wish .
