does anybody know if there is any technical person responsible to answer on questions such are SW bugs and HW problems?

AJ who is responsible here doesn't read forum for months, on "ketron.it" website
button "send report" doesn't work, and people from "ketronus.com" send reports back to AJ. I think Ketron is a company which produce good sounded instruments with very bad software.

Ketron Italy is closed for the Month of August . I wish I lived in Italy .
