Oh man this is so cool!!! clap

This would make a killer Nursing Home rig or small gig PA system.
Wonder how it stacks up against the Bose Compact?.

Just got my first shipment of the HK Elements, they are designed as a front of house portable and scaleable Line Array system.

This HK Pa system definitely peaks my interest too. cool

Hi Frank smile , does this one unit setup include discreet stereo channel output or does it mix a stereo input down to mono output like a single Bose PAs and Bose compact unit does? This is especially critical for Yamaha keyboard owners because so many Yamaha voices rely on stereo effects for their impressicve sound and are lost due to a effects phase cancellation phenonmenon if mixed down to a mono output.

Though I appreciate the transport convenience of the built in wheels this unit does weight 29 kilograms ( 63.93 lbs) yet only includes 6 inch speakers so suspect the bass fullness will be rather limited. I think my customized single unit z5500 will outperform it by a long shot and at only a tiny fraction of the cost, and much lighter total weight as well. I'm holding off judgement though till I actually have a chance to chexk this HK out. Is the 2,000 price quoted on the video in Euros?

Scott,

When I saw the HK I thought about your z5500 system right away. I think you are correct. Yours will outperform it at a fraction of the weight and price.

I'm with Tom on this one...Scott's custom Z5500 setup is awesome.
