I know David Smith no longer works for Sequential Circuits, but there's no section for DSi but I was wondering if you guys could give me some input on the purchase of a synth from them.

I play primarily ambient and experimental music, and right now, I'm looking to add a synthesizer to my arsenal. My main candidates right now are the MoPho keyboard and the Tetr4 desktop. I love the MoPho for its hands on controls and simplicity, but the Tetr4 offers polyphony and the same analog engine as the MopPho. The lack of integration between a desktop module and a keyboard system is a mild qualm, but I'm more concerned with the reported 'menu-diving' necessary to program a desktop. I would consider getting a Behringer BCR2000 to assign to various parameters, but if that is to be the case, I'd also like some feedback on how reliable that is and whether a MIDI keyboard can still be run through the Tetr4 with the BCR occupying its MIDI in.
