My gig bag started tearing up after 10 days. Unfortunately, it's the only make that fits my dimension needs.

I emailed them two weeks ago, and received no reply. On Friday, I emailed the support email at their website plus a few other emails available at their website. No one has ever replied.

+ there is no phone # at their website.

I ordered a replacement gig bag, and I'll return the defective one when I get the new one. I hope the new one isn't built like toilet paper like the one I have. Otherwise, I don't know what I'll do.

The "contact" links on their home page are dead ends. Did you purchase directly from them or a retailer?

I had to throw a Road Runner case away not too long ago. I didn't have it more than a couple of months and I just gig a few times a month.

I drive to my shows in a mid-sized sedan, and I don't think a hard-shell case would fit in the trunk along with my other stuff.

I like the dimensions of the Roadrunner because I like to store a tupperware container to the side of the kb containing my headset mic, mic cable, and keyboard a/c adapter. I put a wedge of padding on each side of the keyboard so that it doesn't get scratched.

Here's a couple of reliable suggestions for you:

http://gatorcases.com/Default.aspx?Section=Products&Page=Home&CategoryID=4345

http://www.skbcases.com/music/products/prodlist.php?c=76

I use both these brands - first class stuff. The Gators are soft cases, but well padded.

Thanks for the help DNJ and 124. The SKB padded case looks good. I think I'll look for a local retailer in case it doesn't fit the bill.

I've used my Road Runner case for over a year and it still looks and performs well. It's not a well-padded case like the Guardian, but is a bit smaller than the Gator floppy bag and fits my s910 better than anything else I was able to find. Because I have a simple setup, the RR bag works just fine for me. And, it was a lot less expensive than the Guardian, if that's an issue.
