Hi
I wonder if after recording a style pattern in C key, SD1 is able to play it also in strange chords like jazz chords.
Example
I record a C waltz pattern
I play the style
I press Gaug4-sus etc (strange chord)
What do I hear?
thanks in advance

Your SD1 will read the jazz chords you mentioned.

Hi Angelo,
I've been fiddling around with the "pattern"
midi record functions ie
midi the sd1 to pc sequencer, create the style tracks in the sequencer, do any editing required, then record them across to the sd1 in parts ( intro's , variations etc)
I've noticed I need min & maj chord parts some of the intro's & endings, but for fills & variations just creating a c major chord part seems to work.
I'm using this method for converting some of my psr styles across to sd.
best wishes
Rikki

But does SD1 add some notes after 3rd and 5th ?(remember that I recorded a pattern in C with fundamental,3rd and 5th)
thanks in advance
