Hey Fellas.
Just borrowed a friends PSR3k for a couple of months, and heres my question.

i have diferent rhythm patterns (just ethnic beats) in .wav format. can i use them as a user pattern (with ACMP, breaks and fillins)in the 3k? how do i do it?

thanks!

Hi Djay

The simple answer is No. Not from a wav file but there is a free program called stylemaker, which will convert Midi files into a user pattern which are called style files

Realistically the answer is No.

A midi file does not contain sounds. It is just a set of instructions to an instrument or sound card as to what notes to play etc.
