The latest Keyboard Player Magazine (UK) is now out, with the main article being a 2 part report on the new Yamaha S900, (Presumably part 2 will be next month) and should be a really in-depth report.
Here is the link http://www.keyboardplayer.com/
Enjoy

$5 for Part 1 of an article? That isn't fair..

Quote from Keyboard Player Magazine Website:
"Welcome to the August issue of Keyboard Player which is now available to purchase and download.
To start we have the first part of Andrew Gilbert’s two-part in-depth review of the new top of the range PSR-S900."

First of all you have to wonder about the veracity of a lead in that would seem to indicate that the PSR-S900 is the "Top of the range" keyboard from Yamaha.
Is the Tyros 2 so far out of everybody's price range that they forget it even exists?
I wonder how much of an in depth review you can expect from this type of analysis. Certainly not worth the $10 price ($5 x 2 parts)of addmission.

Depends how you look at it.
Although the Tyros 2 is the top of the range, there is no mention of PSR in the details or literature, so as far as the PSR details are concerned the S900 is the top of the PSR range.

In the USA, there are two catagories of Yamaha arranger keyboards. The top catagory is Tyros2, PSRS900, PSRS700, PSR700oriental and PSRS500. The lower catagory is everything else in the PSR line and the DGX line.
