Well here is my thought ..
I try to find a solution to plug a condeser microphone that needs 48V power in SD1
so I can make a high quality Demo with my voice and the vocals from SD1
I try to use an external microphone pre amp Behringer ultra voice digital VX2496 with +48v and then to SD1 XLR(Mic1) put I have distortion in SD1 out even in the lowest level
I use a Pc and Sonar in audio editing. Just need to find a solution to bring the vocals from the briliand sound of the Condeser in real time with Sd1 play back it doesn't mater if is in seperate tracks (Takes) or in one shot

It's looking like the out from preamp is to high for the SD1 mic in...if you're familiar with soldering try to insert a resistor like 500k-1M betwen preamp out and SD1 in, it should work... or, that's even better, try to make a power supply for mic, you can find a lot pf schematics in the net, something like this http://www.new-line.nl/?i=61
or buy one..around 100usd

I think it takes like 32 posts or something...
May be even a little more. Just keep posting and you will notice your status changing to "Member:.

Yup. Just checked your profile and you've only got a total of 20 posts. Only 12 or so to go before you become a member.
