I loved the sounds! I can not wait for this board to become available in the US!

After listening to all the videos the second time with my headphone I must say the Piano and Organ sounds are very good and I like the vintage synth sounds. I am not sure about the rest of the sounds because the man talk more then he play.

You're right--the talk is non-stop. However, when I observed the features he presented, it appeared as if Casio is now using a lot of features that Yamaha has been using for year--data scrolling wheel, Digital media card storage, user areas, etc... The sounds continue to improve over the years with Casio, and I anticipate that in the not too distant future they'll be a major player in the arranger keyboard field.

Thanks for the link,

Gary

Casio really isn't stepping into new territory here with some of these features on these latest models. What they're actually doing is "bringing them back". These aren't the only models to have had sliders, data dials, user storage areas, full style and song sequencers, ect.

I think the sounds (thus far) seem to be decent. However.., I personally think Casio has taken a step backward with the AHL sound engine. IMO the ZPI sound engine was better. What Casio should have done was carry over the sound engine from the WK-3800 to these new models.

I'm most likely going to pick up the CTK-7000 when they hit the USA. Granted it's not a full replacement for the MZ-2000.., but darn close.

**On a side note I have to give some serious kudos to Casio for the design on the new line. These new models look extremely nice. I love the black bodies with the blue leds. Very sharp and much more pro looking than your typical Casio.**
