I was told that there are conversions of styles from other keyboards available> True? Where do you get them? Also, there is supposed to be software available to convert other keyboard styles to that for the XD9. True? From where??

Basically you can load into the XD9 all the styles already converted for the X1. The most used program to do such a conversion (Roland, Yamaha, etc) is Styleworks by EMC. You can download a trial version at their site:
