Makes that quote of $3500 seem like a pretty damn good deal, then

Thanks Frank.....that is a VERY fair price for an absolutely incredible Arranger KB that sounds better then anything on the market at this time. Especially all the work that went into it. I also think that with the release of Tyros 4 yamaha has a product that will let owners & players alike keep an arranger Kb that is way ahead in technology and something that will last musically and be very usable & pertinent for many many years to come without having to upgrade or change units yearly as previously the norm.

You can buy a Ketron Audya and take the family out to dinner for the price of a Yamaha Tyros 4.....Sure makes the Audya a solid winner....

BTW: I have seen/heard numerous Tyros owners "dump" their boards for an Audya..I can't recall a single Audya owner "dump" for a Tyros...Maybe a real comparison between the two is more evident than we think....

I even seen several folks "dump" Yamaha and going back to Technics kn7000..

Seriously, when I had the Tyros3 next to my MediaStation and G70..it wasn't even in the same league sound wise..Sure there are a few great sounds ..but the over all sound..compared side by side..sent the Tyros3 to a new home...

I can understand someone jumping off a building after not waiting for teh tyros 4 and rushing to buy a Audya......but not the other way around.....the T4 will be the BIGGEST selling arranger KB of all time I predict.SZ poll dont mean anything in the worldwide arena!
