I posted this question to the folks on the Bose forum, but the only responder (ST), said he could not offer a suggestion because he was not familiar with Barbetta amps. I thought that someone here could help …
Recently, I got a little lazy and thought that I could chain my little Barbetta Sona 31 amp to my Compact rather than carry the L1/B1. I thought that I could simply go onto the Barbetta from the Compact’s ‘out’. What I got was a terrible rumble/“voom” noise. Is it possible to chain these 2 pieces?

Run the Barbetta out to the compact AUX "IN" on the back of the unit....then run the Bose OUT (on top) to the Mixer main outs. Both amp vol around 12-1pm
