New company building an open orgen, looks a little like a Wersi..

System is based on live-styler and the developers claim it has all Wersi organ sounds aboard.

Sells for 2500 euro's

Interesting! They also have a Ketron SD2/4 sound engine that can be optionally added!

No kidding.
They actually gut SD2 modules for the board inside.

Wouldn't it be great if you can load the vArranger software in this keyboard

It seems to be a German brand.

Wouldn't it look better if the buttons were larger? All that empty space gives it a minimalistic appearance.

So what would make this different from what Deebach is doing?

Looks nice, but the most used buttons, rythm and registration memory etc, need to be below the display for quick & easy reach, besides being bigger.
It would be nice if they can break into the market with a reasonable offering at these kind of prices because the big 3 or 4 need some competition and this company say they will build a customised board which would be a first except for Dom's Mediastation.

Are you taking this product serious?

Its an easy ripp off... put live styler in a PC add some wersi samples and some GM samples and even an SD2.
They added the cheepest Fatar keys and some cheap plastic buttons and some draw bars..

Not that it will sound bad or something... but i can do exactly the same with live styler and some free VST's on my PC and my edirol PCR 800 keyboard.

compared to Lionstracs and open-labs that really add a lot of dedicated software to their open systems this is not really a contender...

I'm not taking it particularly seriously at this point in time but am prepared to sit back and see what happens before I start pulling them down.

Anyone entering the market has a great deal of work to do and must start at the bottom, as did Liontracs. Like Liontracs, who have a head start but are not exactly taking the market by storm, it will take time to iron out the product. The arranger world is a shrinking place and I welcome any company who will have a go without condemning them out of hand.
