Chony, Most of the time there is no one size fits all software when it comes to running a business. However, Quickbooks is about as close as it gets. It will do everything but the contracts. Many of us have been using for several years, and it's very user friendly. A good word processor will take care of the contracts, but you should download one to create a format that will provide you with all the legal options as well. There are several inexpensive legal programs that have loads of generic contracts built in that can easily be modified to fit your particular needs. Good Luck, Gary
