I recorded this..un-rehearsed in one take..

Two hand play...with one of my custom styles..

Excuse my first chord change..it was a 13th chord..but worked for me...

Tony , I recorded into Acid Pro 3.0..The live parts consisted of Piano on upper 1..and lower 1... organs on upper 2, and lower 2...This allowed me to switch hands for piano and organ..

The rest of the instruments were programmed in my Korg converted to Roland style..

The organs were from my "Studio: expansion board..using the VK rotary MFX..

I didn't use the Drawbar organ, because I wanted to be able to switch hands for organ..My counter line play on left hand is a bit rusty...

As Donny would say, Fran...not too bad.

Actually, this is pretty good...organ sound is really full, and the rotary is nice, although it seemed a little too pronounced in some places....but you may have been trying for that effect.

Hey...it's play whatever chord you want in my books, as long as you keep the melody pretty close.

13th chord? That's different.

I use a minor 7th eleventh as my second chord...in A minor, it would be B minor seventh eleventh...notes on my Yammie would be E-F#-A-B-D with normal auto chord fingering (no ON BASS)....I alternate between Am7(9) and Bm7th(11th) for the first few bars.

The style appears to be a variation on a medium tempo Jazz Ballad/Swing...I like the bass line and guitar parts.

Sounds remarkably like a Roland.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Ian

Good job, Fran. I liked it so much I missed my floor...
I always enjoy decent organ work, your patches sound very realistic.
