My guess is that OS4 will be released before OS5.

You know something I don't or you think the same as me about Ketron!

All I know, is that I'm more and more seriously thinking of buy PA2X Pro and explore Korg
while wait for Audya2.
I could even add Tyros3 within almost the same budget as I have to pay for a Audya Beta....
The big question are, would it be twice as fun?

Jonny do you think there will be an Audya 2 after Audya, I don't, a friend of mine thinks that XD9 is far better than Audya he's got two and won't sell one, I have not heard one yet but will shortly. I take it you never bought the Audya, there is one for sale on eBay UK, only had it since April take a look.

I will wait for OS4 and then make a decision

Well, to be honest I think it will come a follow up where some hardware updates to help Ketron
reach what they're trying to regarding handle audiostream while play.
I also think we will see some changes to meet todays or future specifications, such as i.e.
SSD replace the old HD, USB3 and even WLAN to communicate when transfer files or use PC software.
(Or maybe they simply add a big screen and all nessesary software within the keyboard itself so
the Audya2 even replace the PC?)

Myself I would replace the SD1 that I was dumb enough to sell rather than buy XD9. It's sounds
good and plays the Ketron way, but too much "plasticish" build for my taste.

Jonny I don’t know if Ketron have the people onboard to do all you think they will do, the technology they have used on the Audya was out of date before they released the KB, how will they change this on a Version 2, I don’t think they have the money or young brains working for them. Hope you prove me wrong.
