Although a bit corny at times, these musicians demonstrate all the capabilities of the keyboard.

Some interesting techniques.

Interesting. Ian, if you're looking (and listening). Check out Video 1 at @ 8:14. This is what I meant (in another thread) about an authentic sounding voice (SA Sax, in this case) not sounding all that authentic when played normally (ie. not aided by wind controllers, etc.). I didn't care for it at all in that particular demonstration. BTW, I really did like that smokey-voiced singer in the beginning of the video, though (despite having to deal with that tune). If I had Bill Gates money (that's what it would take) and an unlimited supply of Viagra (and a heart monitor), I'd propose in a minute.

The singer is HOT!

Pretty good for two bald headed old dudes. Maby there's hope for some of the rest of us!

i think that this is an outstanding demo and the tyros 3 is an incredibly great sounding instrument. this is how instruments need to be demoed if they are to catch the imagination of song writers and up coming musicians

Very good demo.
Actually in the same site I like better the Roland E80 demos:
http://www.sud-claviers.com/index.php/2007/06/29/37-e-80-des-styles-a-vous-couper-le-souffler

Nicolai is very good !!!
He is from Midispot and put all the Roland arrangers presenters in/to shame.

Yes indeed, Nicolai is really good. I've been a MidiSpot fan for years,
ever since I start buy styles for my Technics KN's.
Too bad, the stylemaking and collaborate between MidiSpot and Roland now
seems to have ended. no more new stuff at the Roland keyboard Club site.
But at MidiSpots webpage there is a lot of stuff for Yamaha users, the
collection continue grow all the time.

Cheers

Yes, I hear ya, Chas, although I thought he did a pretty good job...you have to spend a lot of time with the SA Sax voice (especially SA2) to really catch on to how much your playing technique can affect the outcome.

Perhaps this guy did not have a lot of time to play around (pun intended) with the SA2 voices...they really take a bit of getting used to.

I play a little mono analog synth; a Yamaha CS01...it's got a breath controller input, and it really makes the thing come alive.

Chick Corea used one quite some time ago... trs cool!

I plug mine into the Mic/line-in on the S900.

Rumor has it that thieves broke in the local drug store, and stole a case of Viagra...the police are looking for a bunch of hardened criminals.

A waitress spills coffee onto a Seniors lap, he says "was that regular or decaf?"
the waitress says.."regular sir?"
He says...." Geeze now I'm gonna be UP All Night!!!"
