Joe I also run my mic thru the S900 into my Mixer>Bose or other PA system...the
BOSE L1 C Mic xlr input w/EQ is very good for vocal speaking as I stated in the above post. Glad your enjoying the "Bose Experience",

Donny congratulations on your new Bose compact system. One of my friends has one & loves it with his Tyros 2.

I always run my vocals through my Tonematch mixer to give it any degree or type of effects I want. In addition I can match the KB and mic to their presets, which I find usually good.

Picked up a compact last night. I'll use it on the resaurant gig tonight. I'll run everything through a Mackie 402 mixer. Sounds great in my 14'X40' family room. We'll see how it performs in a noisy restaurant.
