Speechless.
To be honest, I liked "Fascination" so much, and a good melody tends to make me "forgive" the player.

May I say that the little kid, although wonderful, seemed "soulless" to me? Not robot like, but far from the "I give it my heart" playing.
What is your opinion Donny, I would like to hear it.

Trident I started playing at 7yrs old.....
I dont think I had anywhere near the talent this 9yr old child is showing at that time....for me it took many years to really envelope and absorb from many great players to achieve where I am today. Now feeling and soul will come in time to him as he matures & can realize what the music is saying & the deep meaning of the lyrics that in turn will surly translate out from his heart as he plays. A 9yr old hasn't had enough life experience to understand many things yet......but I know he's on the right track & believe me I hope to hear him play in 10 years which should be something else for sure.

Emotions and girls come a little latter in life.

I always liked Young Americans as much if not more than the Ziggy Stardust album...

His double album, David Live, I think should be on the short list of required listening. The playing on that thing is pretty awesome.

Mike Garson doing what Garson does, just all over the place...

Nice rendition by the kid...

Amen to Garson. Alladin Sane made me realize that perhaps you DID need good technique and range even if you were just going to play 'pop' music...

My pals back in the day thought the solo on the live version of Alladin Sane was better than the album, but I begged to differ.

Its sick...

Here's a clip from a live version, but not from the David Live days at the Tower in Philly...
