Read the release notes here:

For Pa800: http://www.korgpa.com/pa_root/en/news/pa800_200_releasenotes.html

For Pa2X: http://www.korgpa.com/pa_root/en/news/pa2x_200_releasenotes.html

This is probably the last thing you will hear from me the next couple of days

Kind regards,
Tommy

I have a question:

If my current rig is 1.51, is it ok to bypass 1.60 and go straight to the 2.0?

I installed the new OS and really like the new sounds, especially the Jazz Organ (you can now play the notes both legato and staccato), the Guitars and the Strings.

But... what impressed me most are the new styles, and for two reasons:
1- they have been tweaked with a lot of care in the Eq section and thus sound VERY clean, with all the backing instruments perfectly audible.
2- all the fills work flawlessly, with a perfect timing and without volume jumps, even pressing Fill 2 when you are in Variation 1.
So, kudos to Korg when kudos are due.
