I heard that Yamaha is going to release extra voice packs for Tyros 3 very soon.Is this voice pack contains SA2 voices and extra draw bars sounds that can be adjusted with the sliders?

Kingfrog and Ian,
Is there any possibility of loading extra SA2 voices in Tyros3 if Yamaha release them in future? What is this "Organ" pack?are they extra organ flutes to be controlled by sliders?

Sunny

Drums, drums, drums...

What's the #1 sonic criticism of the Tyros? The drums.

Yamaha need to address this LONG before these 'gimmick' sounds. Big, punchy, dynamic drums...

From what people have posted here and other forums. The drums have improved a lot. What is the problem with the T3 drums?

From what OTHER people have posted here and elsewhere, not apparently a whole LOT of improvement, though.

Many styles sound like the same drums, but just pumped in the mix a bit...

How about a drum pack to replace the substandard drums on the T3?

IM sure they are coming. I really took issues with expensive keyboards that were released with mediocre voices only to sell $300 Expansion packs with the voices they SHOULD have put on the units. Roland was one of the worst offenders as was EMU. IM hoping Voice packs on the T3 will enhance the already nice voices.

Chony, I read why you bought the Tyros3, but it sure sounds like you're not really happy with it.
