Hello,

I realize from all the reviews that there is no Contrast control on the Tyros3 screen. However, I wonder if it has a Brightness control? Most any laptop, including the ones with great TFT screens, have a Brightness control.

I know that when I use my Music Pad Pro (for those that don't know this device, it's like a laptop/tablet for displaying music) - at some gigs, I turn its brightness way down; at other gigs I turn it up.

I am hoping that the Tyros 3 has some adjustability of the brightness of the screen ... in a really dark room, having a really bright screen is hard on the eyes!

No controls at all for the T-3 screen.

I find it perfect the way it is , really.

If you are waiting for one or plan on buying one , you will find that it is very bright and clear.

PS: You might need some sort of indirect lighting to offset the brightness of the screen.

Yes, I agree it is a gorgeous, bright display. I'm more concerned about times when I play in a very dark room; on other equipment I use, I turn DOWN the brightness of the display so that it's not overly bright compared to the very dark surroundings ...
