I want to publicly thank Steve Deming from Yamaha for contacting me about the broken button on my T2 and for answering all my questions. This really was not expected and is much appreciated!

Thank you,
Chony

What happened to the button and to your gig?

I was also impressed with the service I got from Steve.

In short, the button costs $2 to replace and if I want to replace the whole board - which I probably will it will be $45. In the end I took the keyboard with the broken button with me for last night's wedding and it didn't make me any problems thankfully. I had a friends backup with me just in case, but I didn't need it.
