Just another wise marketing move by Yamaha, Gary...calm down.

It's replacing TWO previous models...that's a good thing, buddy.

It's a Yamaha decision. How could it be ANYTHING but wise?

I have seen you put down religion a few times, my agnostic friend... Are you SURE you haven't simply replaced faith in one God for another?

Are you sure, Diki? Unlike you I won't criticise something I know very little about.

Hi Guy`s ,

Ian , isn`t this a little strange for Yamaha to replace so soon?

And you mentioned another Yammy KB`s , which one ??

I know about the PSR-E403 and E303 , soon to be E413 and E313 , is that what your talking about ?

Take care,
Gary 

Gary...it's not unusual for Yamaha to replace the low end arrangers more often than the mid or high end.

New technology, once the R&D is covered, will work its way down to the entry level instruments.

Thanks Ian , please be sure to do that !! LOL

Donny ,

I had a chance to try 2 / S900`s last fall and on both the rubber buttons would stick against the silver plastic casing of the KB itself. ( the smaller buttons )

Maybe it was because it was a first run batch.

I have had plenty of Yamaha KB`s in the past and they ALL have had rubber buttons with NO problems at all.

The only non rubber button A/KB I owned was the Y2K and a Casio CT-701 .

Take care,
Gary 
