In case you don't already have it bookmarked... My favorite site for the more, er... 'unusual' items at NAMM

Diki, I actually just got off the phone with one of the companies. Found them from your post. It's Codel industries. They make a full length neck travel guitar and bass line. In April, they'll have a jazz instrument with a neck pick-up and piezo. I love using a small guitar strapped permanently around my neck when I play B-3. I play guitar solos ocasionally, and bass lines with my foot. Right now I use an Austin Hatchet...pretty long in the tooth-stopped production in the early 90's. These things look pretty great. I'm getting the current model guitar (maple neck-one pick-up). When they're available. I'll get the jazz guitar, a 4-string bass and a fretless bass.

Fun site but really useful, too. Been looking for a replacement for the Austin for about 10 years. Got an imported Stienberger, but it was awful...no sustain at all.

Thanks a LOT!

Russ

Don't forget about the archive of past NAMM's on there.

Endless hours of fun...
