Hi all. Apologies if I am in the wrong place - my first time here!

Have just purchased a Roland Juno D and am having difficulty.

Am I right in presuming that if I select a patch then press 'dual' I should be able to set up, edit and save a patch with two seperate sounds mixed? If so - how do I select and edit the two seperate sounds? Answers in words of one syllable please, I'm new to the synth lark - have previously got by with higher Yamaha PSRs. Have read the manual several times, and I'm pretty sure the answer lies somewhere on pages 44/45, but whatever I try doesn't seem to work.

If I am barking up the wrong tree, advice on how two set up a two sound patch would be gratefully received!

Many thanks in advance

MC

MC in the past Roland saved "dual" "split" as performances...you could not save a mix of dual sounds as a patch...you can edit a patch and save as a user patch, but not the combination of two patches saved as a single patch..
