Thanks for sharing the link to more E80 demos, it's what many have been waiting for on SZ.
Some good useable styles in there.

Hello all,
Many thanks for that link!
I have now listened to the different styles and yes, there are good styles.
From having plaied the G-70 for a few days about a year ago and from all of the demos to me the E-80 sounds more live. And also, they haven't put so much reverb on some styles as before. And the drums are also much better from my view.
One of the music store will have one tomorrow, maybe I'll go and play it.
But the electric guitars didn't sound so impressive to me. Look forward of hearing what you others think!

I had a G70 for about 4 months and I don't remember it sounding as good as these demos.

They must have really did some improvements to the E80

i like very much the live feeling of these styles. i thought they were great and i was excited about what i heard.
some styles are busier than others, some are more usuable, anyway they are different from what i've heard before from roland.
i like the e80.
now, i only hope that e60 has some of these sounds and styles, because this is what i'll buy, in the future.

Have now listened to the demos a few more times and I must say that this is a really big step forward compared with the styles I heared on The G-70. My local music store hasn't got the E-80 yet as they told me so maybe have to wait a few more days!
Also, the grand piano seem to be very good.
