I've been concerned about constant plugging/unplugging of USB pen drive, going back and forth between PC and keyboard. I purchased the following 4 Port USB 2.0 Switching Hub for use with my Tyros 2. With the push of a single button, it toggles up to 4 USB devices between 2 PC's -- or, as in my use, between PC and T2. Works great! Even has LED's to indicate whether devices are "attached" to PC or T2.

Having researched a number of switchable "sharing" hubs, I found this one to be the best quality and value. Check it out.

Two sources:

http://www.trianglecables.com/522069.html

I got mine from triangle cables.

Should have mentioned that you only need to use the power supply for devices that have a high current drain (ie. USB harddrives). Pen drives, compact flash cards, etc. work fine with this hub WITHOUT use of power supply.

I bought one like it in radio shack last month, but they dont work that good by not recognizing all USB devices connected ....returned it next day.

It is not the fault of the hub..Some devices can not use hubs..

I don't think Radio Shack carries "sharing" hubs. They are somewhat hard to find -- hardly ever found in retail stores. What sets a SHARING hub apart from ORDINARY hubs is its ability to toggle access to USB ports back-and-forth between 2 hosts (eg. 2 PCs, or PC and Keyboard) with a simple push of a button. The one I purchased instantly transfers access to ALL FOUR PORTS, and works flawlessly.

Meaning no disrespect, but not one of the RS links directs you to a sharing hub. But I don't intend to beat a dead horse, so this will be my last post on the subject.
