Hi folks
I don't post very often but I do read all of the posts with interest.
I am from Liverpool in the UK and I have recently completed my new web site and would find your comments useful.
You will find a song will play as you open the site. I wrote this about Liverpool football club's winning the champions league final and I have had a minor hit with this locally.
There are other songs on the site that you can listen to (all done on Korg PA1X pro +Roland G70 with the odd bit of live guitar added. Thanks all........ John

Hi John
Being in Lancaster UK (Just up the road) I would love to have a look around your site. We are practically neighbours after all
Let's have the link then

I was at the beautiful empire theatre in Liverpool not too long ago and enjoyed myself so much that I forgot where I had parked the car! I was wandering around for ages before I found it!!!!

Best wishes
Tony

Enjoyed your site. Love the water! You talk like a Brit, but sing like an American (no accent).....

Hi John, the site is very clean, very well-done. Great job. Except that usability experts consider a song that automatically plays when a site is visited as a cardinal sin. Unless they've changed in the last year or so, I haven't kept up with that. But I doubt that will ever change. It's because you are forcing the listener by default to crank up their audio player. Which might REALLY tick them off. The preferred way is to put a button on there to play the song.

You can obviously do what you want, I'm sure you're proud of it and should be. I just say it to help.

John, just had a quick peek at your professional looking website. Fresh innovative navigation control & nice original tunes with catchy witty lyrics. Wow, and I can easily understand ALL THE WORDS as well. Your website & music are a WINNER! I look forward to going back to listen to the rest of your song demos now. Bravo. - Scott

.

Very clean and simple. Thanks for resisting the temptation to waste browser space with acres of frames and to crowd every single detail of your site onto the opening page. The visuals are perfect - they let me know there is something about a city and soemthing about this yobbo in a leather jacket, but do not try to say too much.

The TOC items are well laid out and easy to understand. BUT the links dont go anywhere - is this because the pages arent finished?

Ayup! jdx,

That's a great tribute to your beloved Reds - you've got to be flogging that around the pubs and clubs, as long as there's no Evertonians* present, maybe :-)

*For non-UK readers, Everton is the other premiership soccer team in Liverpool - and you're all good pals, right jdx!?

Good looking site, A+.

I should be inspired to write something for my own beloved Reds, Arsenal.

Cheers!
