Hello,

I have installed 2.5" HDD whose characteristics match description in the manual.
The HDD is Fujitsu,MHK2048AT 4.8 Gig, IDE ...
After installing the HDD, 9kpro formats it without problems but it shows only 570Mbyte capacity.
Do you know why this is happening ?
Should I format the HDD on regular computer and then put in 9kpro ?
Does it mean that the HDD is not compatible ?
Which HDD type are you using for your 9kpro ?

Thanks !

Denis

Hi Denis,

was the HDD installed in a notebook or PC before? Is there a Fat32 Partition on it?

The keyboards cannot handle these Windows partitions, you must delete them with your PC.

Thanks guys,

The problem was related to FAT32 partitions
left behind.
After creating new FAT16 partitions everything was recognized properly.

Thank you all
