When I need a mixer, which is pretty rare these days, Multimix 6FX is what I use. Great mixer, excellent effects, compact and inexpensive.

Good Luck,

Gary

You might want to check out the Behringer UB1002FX which has 99 digital effects, 2 mic preamps and 4 stereo channels which can be used as 8 mono channels. The price is $89.00.

I'm using a Behringer 1222fx for main PA mixing - good selection of inputs. fx and a graphic. Probably excessive for what you need, mind!
