I know some persons on this forum also play guitar. I was wondering if any one could suggest a multi effect pedal for electric guitar that has a Wah-Wah effect on it.

Something not to pricey, under $100?

Zoom & Digitech both have a unit with what you want for under $150 retail. I think the Digi is an RP80, or RP100 .... something like that.

The boss GT series produce a reasonable wah sound, but don't expect the "real" guitar wah from the sixties/seventies.

If you are looking for that you are better off with a cry baby or a an old colour sound model.

Do you need it for a guitar or keyboard?

I need it for a guitar. Looks like it is between Digitech korg and boss?

Well, I do have a Boss GT3 , but I also have approx 50 old different stompboxes.

Guess what
I switched back to a case with 5 stompboxes and an old coloursound wah pedal.(I modified the colour sound pedal to attach it to a central 9 volt adapter)

Never looked back at the digital multi-effects.

I use a Boss ME-33 digital fx pedal that has wah wah but it was never was as good as a real CryBaby wah so I eventually cracked and got one of those and just run it into my digital fx. Sure I have to carry an extra pedal around with me but it's worth it. I originally was hoping the digital wah would do the job but I gave up on it.

The other advantage of doing this is the CryBaby has a metal construction and is much more solid under foot than the plastic pedal on my ME-33.
