Last night I tried to change the device name
or create a new device name. I couldn't figure it out how. Suppose I want to change:
I. for FD.
II. for HD1.
III. for HD2.
IV. for HD3.
V. for HD4.
According to the manual it doesn't tell you how to change a device name, only tell you how to rename and delete a directory only maybe I were wrong. I would appreciate it if anybody can help me out. Thanks guy's,

Not sure if this is the best way, but formatting allows you to rename a drive:
1) copy everything from HD1 to a blank partition
2) Format I. and rename partition to HD I.
3) copy everything back from blank partition to I.
etc. Of course, this assumes you have a blank partition or room in other drives to temporarily move data.

Hi Keoman,
the only way to rename the devices is formatting the drive, which is really stupid.

The best way:
There is a litle manufacturer in Germany called Musitronics. These guys developed a USB interface which can easyly be installed.

You can access the HD directly from your Computer, it works great!

The address:
